The HNC-46 Series CNC Lathe is a compact and high-rigidity CNC turning solution designed for precision turning, flange machining, shaft part machining, hardware component processing, drilling, tapping, milling, and turning-milling compound machining. This series includes HNC-46, HNC-46C, and HNC-46Y, offering flexible configurations from standard turning to C-axis turning-milling and Y-axis turning-milling applications.

The machine adopts a wide base with a 30° high-low rail bed design, achieving an excellent balance between operation convenience and machining precision. The compact structure and reverse-mounted main motor design help reduce floor space while maintaining stable cutting performance.

The use of 35 mm heavy-duty linear guide rails greatly improves machine rigidity and reduces tool wear during continuous machining. The internal machining area is simple and spacious, making the machine especially suitable for intensive and efficient processing of complex parts.
